Changing the Operating System on my Self-Managed VPS


NOTE: Changing the Operating System on your VPS will require a rebuild - this will delete all data on the server!

Step 1
- Log into your Client Area and select Active Services.

Step 2 - Find your VPS service that you want to change the operating system for and click Manage.

Step 3 - Scroll down then click on Rebuild.

Step 4 - Confirm that you understand that changing the OS and rebuilding will remove all data from the server.

Step 5 - Select the new OS you wish to install, tick Start VS after rebuild, then click Rebuild.

If the new OS requires payment, you will need to go through the checkout first before the new operating system is installed.
