Note: Depending on the type of server, you may already have the maximum number of IPs or may not be able to configure specific options. If you have any queries on this, submit a Support Ticket.
Step 1 - Log into your Client Area and click on Active Services.
Step 2 - Select the server you wish to change, and navigate to View Details.
Step 3 - Click on the blue gear icon for 'Internet IP addresses' under 'Configurable Options' on the right hand side.
Step 4 - Select 'Yes' in the drop-down box then click the blue 'Continue' button.
Step 5 - Select a Payment Method and click 'Continue'.
The IPs will be provisioned once payment is completed.
