How to log into your Office 365 management area


Note: You are able to change your Office 365 password inside your Office 365 management area. If you do this, we will not be able to assist you with your Office account and your Client Area will show the wrong password until you contact our Support Team to advise us of the new password.


Step 1 - Log into your Client Area and click on Active Services.

Step 2 - Click on the Options icon for your Office 365 hosting, then select View Details.

Step 3 - Scroll to the bottom of the View Details page and take note of the Username and Password.

Step 4 - Go to portal.office.com and enter the Username and Password.

Step 5 - Click on Admin to enter your Microsoft Office Admin Area.

Once inside you can manage your domain and email accounts, and assign licenses as necessary.
