Using the Support PIN for Verification

The PIN in your client area is a useful way to verify and identify yourself when calling or emailing for support.

All Support PINS have an expiry of 24 hours from when they are generated.


How do I find my PIN?


If you already have any PINs set up, they will be visible on the home page when you log into your Client Area.

Step 1 - Access the Client Area here.

Step 2 - Once on the Dashboard, you can find your current Support PIN on the right hand side of the screen. This is present on every page in the Client Area.

How do I create or change a Support PIN?


Step 1 - Log into your Client Area. If you do not have a current PIN, you will see the Support PIN section will show as blank or expired.

Step 2 - Click on Generate a New PIN.

If you wish to change the PIN, just click on Generate New PIN again. Note that each PIN is still only valid for 24 hours.
