How to submit a support ticket
Step 1 - Log in to https://billing.digitalpacific.com.au and click on (1) SUPPORT and then (2) My Tickets.
Step 2 - Click CREATE TICKET.
Step 3 - Select the department you want to submit the support ticket to (if unsure, just submit to Technical Support)
Step 4 - Fill out the form with your inquiry and hit SUBMIT.
