How to update a domain's contact details ( WHOIS )
Note: For .au domains there is a separate process for updating your ACN/ABN and legal Registrant details.

Step 1 - Log into your
Client Area and click on
Domains.
Step 2 - Select the
Options icon next to the domain in question, then select
Edit Contact Information.
Step 3 - Update the details and hit
Save Changes.
Note: No fields can be left blank. However, for non-'.au' domains you can add in dummy data (eg: noreply@digitalpacific.com.au or 02 0000 0000).
Note: '.au' domains only require Registrant and Tech contacts, so will not allow you to enter Billing and Admin contact details.
