How to Upgrade your Personal, Business, Professional or Reseller Hosting Service

Your hosting service must be paid in full before upgrading - if there are any issues, please contact us.

Step 1 - Log in to https://billing.digitalpacific.com.au.

Step 2 - Click on SERVICES.


Step 3 - Click MANAGE for the account you want to upgrade.


Step 4 - Click UPGRADE/DOWNGRADE which will take you to the check out page.


Step 5 - Choose the Upgrade Option and continue through to the payment page to submit payment.


That is it! After payment, your service should be upgraded within 5 minutes.
