Office 365 Password Recovery

If you forget your Office 365 Admin password, you can find it in your Client Area on the relevant product page. However please note that if you update your password and don't notify us, we won't have the up-to-date password stored here. In this case, you will need to go through Microsoft's password recovery steps, detailed below:

Step 1 - Visit Microsoft's Reset Password link and enter your Admin username. Enter the verification text and click Next.

Step 2 - Select the verification step that you'd like to use.

By default, your Office 365 details will be set as the primary email address and Phone number from your Client Area. However, you would also have been able to update these as needed from inside your Office 365 portal.

Step 3 - Once you've verified, you will be able to choose a new password. Make sure to advise us of this password through a ticket and to store it in a safe place.

Alternatively, if you are unable to complete step 2 as you do not have access to the primary email address or phone number on file, please let us know via submitting a ticket. We will be able to start another verification method during business hours, which will be able to get you back into your account.
