Viewing the Bandwidth used by a VPS

Note: This feature is designed so that all VPS customers can view their complete bandwidth statistics. This will also include data you can find in cPanel/WHM. The data you see in cPanel/WHM will only give you your HTTP/Mail/FTP data. If you are looking for the entire bandwidth statistics for the month then your best option is to use your Advanced Control panel bandwidth tool.

Also note that we do not provide bandwidth monitoring tools. Third party software must be installed on your VPS if you wish to monitor this separately.


Step 1 - Log into your Client Area and click on Active Services.





Step 2 - Click on the Manage icon next to the VPS you want to access, then select View Details.





Step 3 - On the following screen, click on the Advanced Control button.
Note: Some legacy VPS plans do not allow access to this area due to configuration requirements. If you do not see this button in your Client Area, submit a support ticket to confirm whether you can access this console another way.





Step 4 - You will be taken to our Hypervisor Platform, OnApp. Go to 'Stats' then select 'Cloud Usage' to check your bandwidth statistics.





You can select any date/month/year you wish to view your bandwidth.



To obtain accurate results, please ensure you select 'Show in my timezone'.
