Are cPanel User Accounts available?
No, currently there is only one level of cPanel access, which is the cPanel username you're given upon sign-up. You can log into cPanel using
this guide.
You can however create restricted FTP accounts for delegating file access with either full account or directory restricted access.
Click here for a guide on doing that. With these details, you can login to the server using FTP and the login details will only provide access to the files for the particular domain/subdomain specified.
Please note SFTP access is only possible with the cPanel login details and not with FTP account login details.
If you want to provide access to a service that is accessed through cPanel (like phpMyAdmin for example), you would need to either perform the actions yourself or share your cPanel details (which we don't encourage). You could then
change the cPanel password after this was done, to ensure that the other party no longer has access to your cPanel account.
