How to move a Product or Service from one Account to another


To easily move a Domain or Hosting product from one Client account to another, you can generate a Push Token in one account for the product in question. You can then redeem it in a second account to have the product automatically transferred across.

How to generate a Push Token
Step 1 - Log into the Client Area which has the domain or product that you want to move.


Step 2 - Click Billing from the left hand column, then Push Domain/Product.

Step 3 - Select the Product from the dropdown list, then click the Generate Token button.

Step 4 - The token will be generated at the bottom of the page. Provide this to the Account Holder of the new account.

How to accept a Domain or Product from another account

Step 1 - Log into the Client Area that you want to move the product into.

Step 2 - Click Billing from the left hand column, then Push Domain/Product.

Step 3 - Paste the Token provided into the Receive Services/Domains field. After this, click the Apply Token button.

Step 4 - To check if the product was successfully moved:

For Domains: Click on Domains and then My Domains from the left hand column and ensure the product is in the list.

For Products: Click on Services and then My Services from the left hand column and ensure the product is in the list.

Please note: the List Products and Domains pages only show the first 10 items. If you have more than 10, scroll to the bottom and click the right arrow to move to the next page.
