How to access your Managed VPS root logins


Warning: Entering the wrong commands as root can permanently break your server. Please carefully review any commands you plan to use before running them.
Note: Not all services provide the ability to log in as root, due to configuration requirements. If you are unsure please submit a support ticket, so we can investigate and assist you.


Step 1 - Log into your Client Area and click on Active Services.

Step 2 - Click on the Options icon then View Details next to the VPS in question.

Step 3 -
Under Management Actions, click on Root Access to view your root logins.

Step 4 - A popup will appear warning you of using the root account on your VPS. Please read this, as you can do a lot of damage if you type the wrong commands. If you're comfortable going ahead, click on Show.
